    1. Uhhhh this seems like something of national significance. What’s inside? Photos needed!

Its from when Vance went to Mount Rushmore a few months ago. The vehicle probably hasn’t been used or found since. I only know because I do logistics and protection for executives and dignitaries. Part of it is sourcing vehicles for them and/or their entourage.

    3. This doesn’t have to be the White House Correspondent’s Association. WHCA is also White House Communications Agency (links for proof below.)

This might be staff that supports the VP office directly. Both WHCA orgs have their own logos/seals so I guess it could be either.

    4. I think in this context this is the White House Communications Agency rather than the White House Correspondents’ Association.

White House Communications Agency is a military support unit in the White House

    6. It’s the White House Communications Agency. The top left has the United States Secret Service listed.

    7. In the top left corner, it says “USSS – Standard Sensitive Information.” So, it’s below highly sensitive, let alone confidential, secret, or top secret.

    8. Former WHCA here – its the comms agency, mostly manned by military members who support communications, TV, radio, phones, etc. for the President and VPOTUS including first/second lady.

This is almost certainly just a display for marking the White House Communications Agency vehicle that was part of the VP motorcade during his most recent trip. Printed signs like these are often placed on the dash of the vehicles so that people loading into the motorcade in a hurry can quickly identify the right vehicle to go to and not delay departure. It’s pretty standard for WHCA vehicles to be local rental cars, since they are not part of the motorcade secure package.

Vice President? Is this like the “sanitized for your protection” stickers on toilets in some hotels? What the fuck was JD Vance doing to that poor car’s upholstery?

Oh. I guess I answered my own question? 🤦‍♂️

Is this being left behind in a rental car another example of the gross incompetence of this administration or is this just a minor thing like leaving behind a program after a concert?

Even the VPs binders don’t like leaving the soft caress of plush leather upholstery.

    14. This is obviously the VP’s laptop disguised as a paperback notebook. Classic spycraft. To turn on visible mode, press the presidential seal for 7 seconds, wait for the eagle to blink, then loudly say ‘I acknowledge the line of succession’ while rotating it counterclockwise under a full moon. If done correctly, it will demand a password, only the couches will know it.
